Microsoft Solutions Analyst

Job Duties:

This position requires business analysis skills with knowledge of Microsoft CRM and/or SharePoint. This person's primary responsibility is to work with customers configuring and implementing MS CRM and SharePoint. The person will be responsible for identifying customizations and working with the developers to design and complete the customizations.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Experience as a software business analyst is required since this person will also perform analysis on non-CRM/SharePoint projects.
• Candidate should have good oral and written skills, be very organized, have some project management experience, and is able to conceptualize software solutions from a business and work flow perspective.
• The ability to communicate clearly with our customers face to face and in writing is essential.

Location:

This position is based out of our Little Chute location. Interested parties must be prepared to work in the Little Chute office daily.
