Web Developer
The Web Developer is a seasoned front-end developer with 4+ years experience. He or she should have expert-level knowledge of HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery. Significant experience with a server-side scripting language such as PHP, JSP or ASP is also required. The Web Developer is expected to be able to perform semi-autonomously on projects with a clear understanding of the development process and their own responsibilities.

- Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school)

Position Qualifications:
- Expert level knowledge of HTML, XML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScrip, JQuery
- Proven ability to work with all members of an extended and diverse project team
- Capable of being a hands-on Web Development resource and providing guidance to small teams of junior Web Developers
- Experience reviewing and updating requirements and/or functional specifications
- Must be detail-oriented, self-organized and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously
- Should have a clear understanding of standard web development process and technical production
- Structured programming experience or coursework a plus
- 4+ years of hands-on web development, including XML, DHTML, and CSS.
- 3+ years experience with ASP.NET (C#, VB)/PHP or other server-side scripting language
- Knowledge of IIS and Linux
- Experience with Javascript frameworks
- Experience using Photoshop to slice comps and creating sprites.
- Experience with cross-browser optimization, progressive enhancement coding, and performance code optimization
- Experience with mobile web development.
- Experience with multi-tiered applications.
- Excellent understanding of object oriented programming
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Content Management Systems required (Drupal, DotNetNuke, Ektron, Sitecore+)
- Experience with Ecommerce Systems required
- Experience with best practice SEO
