Challenge:

Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, the Milwaukee Brewers minor league ball team in the Fox Cities, offers many opportunities for fun group outings. The system they used to track group sales and season ticket holder contracts was being phased out. They were in danger of losing their entire database of sales information.

Solution:

Avastone Technologies worked with the Timber Rattlers sales staff in 2010 to implement a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution and import their past sales information. The implementation was done about the time Spring Training started, so while the team was preparing for the new season, the sales  staff was also training and preparing for the season. Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows everybody at the Wisconsin Timber Rattler’s organization to track and access the group sales information. Previously this type of reporting data was limited to individual’s personal computers.
