Challenges:

Marian University wanted a student portal where they could engage with potential students and communicate with current students. Some of the information needed to be available to both groups and to the public, but some of the information needed to be personalized and securely accessed only by the intended recipient. 

Solution:

The My.MarianUniversity.com student portal created by Avastone Technologies provides a way to keep current and potential students engaged and informed. Current students use their student e-mail address to sign in for personalized information. Potential students are given credentials they can use to access the system by the Registrar's office.

• Secure communication with current students allows Marian University to share important information easily
