It's not always economical or practical to maintain a staff expert in all aspects of I.T. Avastone has partnered with Heartland Business Systems to provide that support for those companies who wish to outsource all I.T. support and those companies needing to resolve the occasional complex issue.
Avastone Technologies uses sophisticated software to manage, distribute, resolve, and report on HELP desk calls. A web portal provided by Avastone allows customers to access their support calls. The customer can submit issues, review a summary of existing issue,s and view the detail support and resolution on each reported issue. We generate monthly reports that summarize the issues opened and resolved during the month.
In addition, Avastone's HELP desk staff consists of system engineers trained in the support products and hardware. Questions outside of the HELP desk technician's expertise are directed appropriately to either Avastone's development staff or Heartland Business Systems' network and hardware engineers. Avastone maintains a close relationship with Heartland Business Systems, sharing resources to provide responsive, expert service to our customers.
